Change of plans

I had a mishap yesterday which resulted in a trip to an ER today. I had a hard fall on my hip but managed to ride 12 more miles to Alpine. The X-rays didn’t show any breaks.  The doctor said I have deep tissue bruising.   I’ll reassess my plans after a couple of days of rest and pain killers. At least the weather is great and the scenery is beautiful. Nothing to complain about.
