Today’s ride was mostly uphill punctuated with some fun downhill cruising. I got on the road around 8am and arrived at the campground just after 12:30. I stopped for a second breakfast with couple of the other cyclists in Pine Valley and then carried on to the campground. The temperatures were a little cooler today which made the riding much more comfortable. I covered 35.8 miles and averaged about 10.7 m/h. The distances will start to increase tomorrow.
Along the way we ran in to a cyclist from Quebec covering part of our same route.
We camped at a nice RV park, Sacred Rocks Reserve Campground, 1.4 miles off the ACA route at 1331 Shasta Way.
