I took a break today. In the morning I walked to Wallmart to pick up a few supplies and REI to buy fuel for my camp stove. At REI I also purchased a pair of sun sleeves to cover my arms while cycling.
After lunch I carried out a little bike maintenance, cleaning and oiling my chain and fine tuning the breaks.
The temperature hit 92°F today so I made sure I spent some time by the pool and had a swim.
Tomorrow the temperature is supposed to reach 97°F so I’m going to make sure I get away early and cover as many miles as possible before it heats up. My plan is to ride to Florence Arizona.
